*thinks* well...I really dont have a profession. I am a knight when needed and a Chef when needed. So part-time knight and part-time chef I geuss. Send me you e-mail addy and I will sned you my av. Dont have it up on a site. did have it on geo, but they put a stop to that and just havent found a new place yet.
