~finally reaching the beginning of the mountains....looking down across the valley I have been traveling in for the last couple days....turning and going forward into the heights of the mountain side surrounding me..... I feel my breathing beginning to get shallow.....continuing up for a long journey. Glancing around my surroundings after awhile of walking......turning to rest for a bit....rubbing my tummy softly as I begin to lose energy and feel my body tighten. Looking for the closest shelter I can find....knowing I have pushed myself too much this day..............fades into quiteness.......
