Please remember all the people's lives that were lost this week.



TEARS IN HER EYES

This day our Eagle has tears in her eyes.
Just why did so many people have to die.

God never intended for mankind to treat each other this way.
How can terrorists dictate to the world what they think God has to say.

While some in our nation was still asleep,
The alarm came that would make us all weep.

Our nation was on watch but we failed to see,
The enemy that hates us just because we are free.

Our flag has now been burned and tattered but this we can take.
This is not the first time this sleeping giant has been jolted awake.

The definition of the word RESOLVE is a word the terrorists will soon learn.
It will be their land and ideals that will soon burn.

This Eagle will live with and protect any and all,
But will never bow down to terrorism and will always stand tall.

Our God said that if we would only turn to him, he would heal our land.
It is our nation's faith in Christ that will protect us when we make our stand.
