It's called Neutral Flower Meadow. It's only for neutrals though, we can't enter it. And I think we've already broken a rule by Washu walking into Apple Blossom Valley, even if she was posing as a neutral wolf.

Don't growl at me, Frack! Besides! I know he isn't there! He said he was going home...I probably headed off to Morning Shadows, where he said he lived.
