That is just Casey, tapping her foot and pointing her finger at the computer screen. You know the Casey that gave her board up to Primrose so she could troll on other boards? The same Casey that will sit in front of the computer and LIE about things over at Qwerty's but will allow someone else to control HER board. That is a funny thought when did she ever really think that The Dog Park was her's? Ever since Prim decided to use Casey as her puppet and Casey conceded, cause we know she doesn't have a thought of her own unless it is a lie, that has actually become Prim's board to do as she wishes.
