"I hope I didn't hurt her feelings... I didn't mean for her to understand, but I guess she did." She looks a bit worried, then smiles. "She's a smart little girl. Good for her."
Then she turns back to her mate. "I wanted to talk to you about the future about the pack. I think it's time we step back. We're not exactly getting younger, either of us. I was thinking maybe we should give it to Acholan, as the others have left the pack, and Sunfinder isn't old enough. What do you think?"
