Nun.. ich habe mich noch nicht so richtig mit dem Dll wizard von Dev-C++ beschäftigt. Auch dein Quellcode habe ich noch nicht getestet. Versuche einmal, die DLL als Console Application zu erstellen, dass könnte helfen.
Ich poste jetzt mal schnell den Code wie man normalerweise DLL^s mit dev-c++ erstellt.(überigens, viele informationen zu dll's findest du unter mingw.org)

du musst zwei files erstellen : mydll.h und mydll.c

in mydll.h:

#define EXPORT extern "C" __declspec (dllexport)

EXPORT BOOL CALLBACK YourFunction(Your Arguments);

/*END OF MYDLL.H*/

in mydll.c:

#include "mydll.h"

int WINAPI DllMain(HINSTANCE hInstance, DWORD fdwReason, PVOID pvReserved)

return TRUE;
}

EXPORT BOOL CALLBACK YourFunction(Your Arguments){

}

Deine Funktionen werden als EXPORT ### CALLBACK deklariert.
