Subject: HIP HIP HOORAY!!

Finally the wait is over! water flow of 700cfs or higher. Anyone who loves to drift fish(no I don't mean driftboat)a river has to love good flows. Forget fisherman wading anywhere and everywhere they want, the river is back to being the fishes domain!! Fresh Steelhead can enter and go where ever there instincts take them in the once again mighty Salmon river. The unethical fishers I've seen discussed on these message boards will flee and head for the 3 to 5 foot brooks & drainage ditches where some unlucky fish will become an easy victim. And some of us "high water boys" can come out of hibernation and enjoy the ultimate challenge, fighting a dime brite Steelhead w/lite line in water where the fish has the clear advantage
