Subject: People Needed in Villisca, IO ...to fight BSL in City Dog Ordinance

The American Bull Breed Association and ADOA is looking for residents of Villisca, IO who are willing to attend City Council Meetings. Villisca is in the process of enacting Breed Specific language in their viscious dog ordinance (Chapter 55, Section 55.07).

* An owner must be at least 18 years of age.
* Only one "viscious" dog may be harbored.
* The ordinance applies to dogs being transported through Villisca.
* Viscious dogs include APBT/AST/ Doberman Pinscher, dogs predominantly of that breeding etc.
* Warnings are not a prerequisite to determining whether a
dog is viscious.
* There are regulations for the confinement of a viscious dog.
