Subject: 16U softball Tryouts for college bound Frozen Ropes sponsored team

1st set of tryouts complete...great job to all the girls who made the team thus far...we have a few more spots open...lots of people have been wondering when the make-up tryouts are going to be...they will be going on Mar 15th @ 5pm. This is a great opportunity for 16U girls to train in the "off season"
of high school ball. The Frozen Ropes softball team will be operated
as a college bound program. Each player is expected to train physically
and mentally as if they were on a college team.

Goals:

* Improve the girls strength, speed, endurance, and mental awareness
* Improve Show Time training
* Train like a college team
* Have fun


What to expect from the team:


* Training both indoor and outdoors. We are the ONLY softball team to have full access to a complete indoor training facility.
* Unlimited access to the training tunnels on weekends for you to
practice on your own for 1 year (including 3 other family members)
* Unlimited tokens to the front machines for 1 year (including 3 other family members)
* A video analysis of your swing and pitch
* A strength and conditioning coach 1 hr a week per girl.
* Former professional, college, coaches and athletes to aide in the NCAA application process as well as the recruiting process.
* Opportunities to receive volunteer hours for college applications.


What we expect of you as a Frozen Ropes team member:


* Good grades, colleges expect their athletes to achieve academically
as well as athletically.
* Attitude, we expect a positive attitude not only from the athlete but
the parent as well.
* Hustle, there will be NO walking on and off the field. College teams
look sharp and so will we.
* Commitment, don't waste our time and we won't waste yours.
