Subject: Berkeley BRATS

The Berkeley BRATS are looking to form an U10 team from outside the current league as well as adding new players to the U12 and U14 roster.

Berkeley is located 5 mile south of Toms River, New Jersey. These teams will be traveling teams, and will enter at least 4 to 6 tournaments in 2002 season, as well as numerous double hitters. Double hitters will be played on Saturday afternoon.

The teams will start practice in January with an 1 - 2 nights a week indoors practice, then move to the fields in March/April having our first tournament in April/May, then June, July and ending in August.

All games and tournaments will be played in New Jersey, or New York. One tournament will be an overnighter, and the player and parents will be responsible for paying their own food and hotel fees. The teams will all stay at one hotel.

The cost is $75 for the uniform and individual equipment, and $100 for registration. Parent will be expected to work at least one of two fund raising tournaments.

If you are interested in playing on these up and coming teams, please email with: Name, Age, Position. Everyone will be consider and if necessary will arrange for A and B teams.
