Subject: Face it Tracie You Need to answer Questions Honestly

Tracie Dear, If you expect to be respected and honored you have to, first of all be honest. Secondly, you have to be consistent and as hard as it may often seem , you have to be FAIR and unbiased. No matter what others may tell you to be fact about certain people, issues, etc. You and you alone have got to make your own decisions without biased opinions from others.

Only then will you earn the respect of the masses.

Please come back often as I need to hear how your thinking will improve while listening to ALL sides. I want you to be successful dear.

This is what great leaders have the ability to do as opposed to the single term losers.
