According to my frisco life newspaper, the President of Frisconetnews.com, richard Caplan states "You have to use an ISP-based email address. With Yahoo or Hotmail, you won't be able to leave a message. [We use an] ISP because it is traceable. There's no alias."
Can you explain how you would have no clue as to Rick G's identity? Or are you just trying to protect your group's pit bull?
Caplan goes on to say "Anything written anonymously isn't worth anything." So, can we assume that anything on frisconetnews that is anonymous is a lie? Or does that just pertain to this site?
