::Kurt Angle walks down to the ring, and the fans are already throwing stuff at him. Kurt for once almost seems upset by this. He is climbing the steps, but spots a favorable Kurt Angle sign in the front row, so he goes to greet his fan, and actually autographs the poster for the young child::
You know, on Tuesday I realized something. Have I been behaving like a national hero, like the national treasure I am? Would I do the citizens of Europe justice as their champion? And I realized that the problem is not me, the problem is you, it's true, it's true. I mean how can you morons boo an OLYMPIC legend. I am the most celebrated real athlete in this fed, yet I get pelted with garbage. Smarten up people. And look at what Al Snow did. He made a symbol of all that is right with America bleed. Sure we were in Canada, but that is no excuse. Luckily, some things are going right for me. First, the McMahon family has been gracious enough to give me another shot to become the number one contender for the European belt. Now that's intelligent. They realized that Al showed absolutely no integrity in our matchup, so they decided to give me another shot. Thank you, and I will not dissappoint. Next I was pleasantly surprised by Val Venis. Obviously he is a man not to take lately, and I am impressed with your abilities Val, but I will not need a third shot to become number one contender. You have a bright future ahead of you, but tomorrow will not be part of it. Finally, I have been getting calls from my fans all over the world. They are concerned about this matchup because of Val's questionable past. Ladies and gentlemen don't worry, because I have these.
::Kurt produces a pair of latex gloves::
It's a sorry day when you have to wear these to protect yourself when you are wrestling, but I will not be subjected to whatever Val has in his system. Your Olympic hero will be protected tomorrow, so I thank you all for your concern. Have a pleasant evening.
::Kurt walks back to the dressing room, but does not have any trash thrown at him. Might these people be smart enough not to throw trash at their hero? Only time will tell::
