These questions are all valid but without a periodical update from the senior pastor its all speculation. I have a great interest and a leading from the Spirit to fully support what I feel is a great and anointed ministry. As a pastor myself I have to keep the church updated monthly on the areas of most concern for our particular ministry and current updates on the progress or non-progress onging. With distance already a factor in a ministry such as OURS communication is of essence. Closer communication and updates concerning the growth and areas needing attention will build a greater MORALE within the ministry. I feel there is a lack of information concerning the progress or non-progress within this ministry which is going to affect the support. Support and/or funding is often times directly affected by the morale level of the group. Bro. Steve from one pastor to another your flock needs a closer and more regular progress report which will in-turn affect the support of this ministry in a positive direction.
