Bro. Chinn- As long as there is no paraphrasing (DANGEROUS!), I would say it would simply depend on what you wish to use this version for. Your own study, of course, is whatever is comfortable for you...you can always refer back to another version if you get confused. However, if you intend to use this version in sermon, since most people still use KJV, I would be careful to "translate" what I say into a version that your sheep may follow along with easily. I hate it when a pastor either goes too quickly through verses, not giving me time to follow along in my own Bible, or else uses a version so different from my own that I am forced to "take notes" in order that I may study them later. The worship time should be just that ! Bible study of course is the time for note-taking.
