Robert, you know what is even more remarkable, is that you have listened to our Lord and made a decision to do something about it. When we were given free will over what we would or could do, Satan and God lost complete control of us. Now, both are constantly whispering in our ears what they would like us to do..but it is up to you and me to make the decision to follow what is being told to us. Many times we follow what Satan has been whispering ...and I can raise both hands on that one, as it is easier and we don't have to step out of our comfort zones. Now don't ever think that God is not there by our side, He will never leave us...it is us that makes the choise to leave. Each of us go through challanges that we must face to move to that next level and when we listen to God..we usally achive it. It is written: "if you have faith of a mustard seed..." and you have done it..you have moved that mountian...but it couldn't have been moved, even if God himself tried to move it with out you taking that step of faith...I just thought of something..I don't think God is so arrogant or insecure that he has to receive all the credit or blame for what we do or don't do...I believe that he is so proud of his children, just like you and I are with ours...he gets excited about what we do..and he wants us to take the credit for it..man is the only one that continues to tell us that we are worthless or unworthy to do anything without God...I will bet that in the arena of our lives, with us down on the playing field and we make a big play, I don't believe there is anyone doing more yelling or screaming then our Lord..isn't that what we do when our kids are down there..and doesn't He love us, His children, as much as we love our own..I can even hear the people behind Him yelling...Down In front....
