Hi, Robert!

Great news about the associate's degree. Congratulations.

As to the substitute teaching: The key to success is availability...being available for a wide array of assignments and making it known to the sub caller so that you will get plenty of assignments and your name will be spread around and the schools will actually keep you in mind for the sub work as well as any permanent positions that open that they need to fill for which you are qualified by education (which varies state to state). I have seen "selective" subs receive few calls as they were looked at as being too fussy with what assignment they would accept.

Good luck!
