Subject: NEED HELP BUILDING A WEB SITE

Greetings all.

Things are moving along in such a way that I need to create a web site. Obviously you get what you pay for, however right now I am needing some relieable free web page sources or very inexpensive.

And anyone who is so gifted, I would apreciate your advice and getting this up and running.
