With a budget of $400 you can actually find a pretty decent deal, especially if you are willing to use a warehouse space of one of those storage facilities. They would allow you a warehouse space for abotu $200-$250. Likewise, you could rent just about any recreational facility room for about $50-$60 per week depending on your location, and many times they will let you use it for free. Just some thoughts.
