Unfortunately, in the day and age we live in, many look to the works of man to fill them with a sense of religion. And the danger with this book is that many will approach it to be fact and gospel. Many will read it and conclude that the Bible is full of secrets or mysteries, which is utter nonesense when one considers that God is a loving and open God and He has given us His word pure and simple and it requires no translation of secrets, codes or mysteries to understand His love, forgiveness, plan for man, etc. That is the danger with taking a work of man (one that convolutes facts) and looking to it to take the place of true religion. And one must never forget that there is much historical evidence to support the Bible; unfortunately, secular writers tend to conveniently overlook this as it is the easier thing to do when writing a book like this.
