Subject: UCMI Counseling training

My wife and and I have been ordained thru UCMI for a number of years and have been in Ministry for over 28 years. We are interested in the UCMI Counseling classes. We also do volunteer work with VCCAA which is a Victim Chaplain/Counselor program. We mostly deal with crisis counseling and disaster counseling. Just wondering what would be the best way to move into the counseling field without the degree and does UCMI training adequately cover what is necessary. Any inputs appreciated.
