There is actually an newer movement gaining ground now called the "Church Health Movement" and it focuses on correcting some of the excesses of the seeker sensitive and other movements. They train church consultants that help congregations focus on the spiritual health of the congregation.

Of course real chruch growth is somthing that only God does so movements, while interesting at times, are always secondary to the real focus of following Christ as He carries out His work in the world.
