Subject: Prayers answered

I wish I had more time to read and post messages here. I'm so busy working a full time job and pastoring a church too. I thank God for Bro. Steve and all of you! Some time back this spring I asked everyone's prayers concerning my pastoring a church. Not just any church! As of July this year I'm a supply pastor, as they call it, of the Methodist church I grew up in over 40 years ago. The church is struggling in many ways including financially, with only 25 members. When I was a teenager there we're about 300 on a Sunday. I want to take time to thank everyone for all their prayers, and ask your continued prayers. Things are going well so far. God has moved in the lives of the small congregation. I thank God for all he has done so far. Yes it is a miracle in it self that I'm in that pastoring the church. See I know where God brought me from many years ago, and where I'm at today. So if you're going thru a battle, family problems, problems at work, whatever it is...remember the God we serve is so much bigger than all that. If he can open the doors he has for me in the last 4 years, oh the things he can do for you. God will truly give you the desires of your heart. Keep us in your prayers and know that we are keeping all of you in our prayers as well. We may never meet or have much time together down here...but we'll all meet each other on streets of gold someday. Oh what a time that will be! God Bless Bro. Jeff
