Subject: Final Three Weeks of My Educational Journey

Hello Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Over the last 18 months, many of you have been praying with me and for me. Many of you have put up with me during final's weeks and late night cram sessions. I want to thank each and every one of you for the prayers during my time in college.

This coming Thursday is the last day of class before the Christmas break. When I return to class on 01/02/06, I will have 3 weeks left before I complete my Associates Degree in Business Administration. It has been a long 18 months, but well worth it.

Plans were to continue on with the Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management starting 01/23/06. However, due to an error in the financial aid paperwork, I will not be starting the Bachelors Degree at this time. I pray that I will be able to start in April, if that is God's will.

Although I will not be continuing my educational journey at this time, I will be moving on. While I continue to build my company that I and 3 partners own, I will also substitute teach in the public school system. I am looking at working in either the elementary or junior high level. My interview will be sometime after Christmas, with plans on starting when the public school system starts back in January. At this time, I have been told that as a substitute teacher, I will have the option to pick the school I would like to work at. I will also have the opportunity to become a "permanent substitute teacher".

Along with substitute teaching, I will be working more with the ministry that God has entrusted me with. I feel that He is calling me to do more. Plans are underway to start a city-wide youth center within my area.

God has truly been working in me and through me. While I had hoped to continue with the Bachelors Degree in January, God has other plans. I fully trust Him, and want to do nothing but His will. Again, thank you all for the prayers during my educational journey, and I ask that you please continue to lift me to the Father.
