Subject: Trust in the Lord

First I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year. I have to tell you about trusting. My car is 9 years old with only 43,000 on it-the first time around. Anyway coming up my driveway after church last Sunday the car somehow cracked the manafold and the garage said it would cost over $1700. to fix it. I didn't have it-no way. I talked with the Pastor at my church, Good Neighbor Fund and other charities for money. The Pastor told me to trust God and pray. I had been praying. That night, I went to the index in the Bible and looked up all trust in the Bible and read it. I felt the Lord say he would take care of it. I was ready to sell the car when the garage man called the next morning. The car is under recall. Monday it goes to the Ford dealer and gets a new manafold - FREE !!!!! Praise God !!!! That's my Christmas Present from the Lord !!!!!!!!
