Hello, Pastor Steve,
It has been quite some time since I have been here, other then just a quick peak.
This is a quick note to say “thank you”, and to share a bit, so that you have knowledge of the fruit that has come from your encouragement and UCMI. You helped and encouraged me quite a bit when I first started out nine years ago. Since that time my wife and I planted a house church In Desert Hot Springs CA , I served as Pastor there for five years. We became a mobile church during this time and began to hold services in a nursing home, setting up a church in the nursing home; eventually this grew to two homes with an average weekly attendance of 30-75 on Saturday and 15-30 on Sunday. W are now having a Wednesday morning bible study in addition to sat and sun in a third location. Praise the Lord. God is good. We have seen a lot of great things come out of this ministry.
I was thinking about you and a phone conversation we had one time, about the cost of education and your desire to make it affordable while not sacrificing quality. You have done a fine job. I am proud to be associated with UCMI and you. UCMI has help our ministry quite a bit.
