One of the first things that I noticed was that you stated "marriage counseling couldnt save it" and then you go on to say "...Lord will use me unconditionally to minister and witness to lost people in my community"...I think one of the first things that needs to be address is, were you listening to our Lord when He was trying to use you "unconditionally" to pull your marriage back together or were you not open to what He was whispering to you in your ear. After my divorce, I took a look at myself and found that I had too many problems that I couldn't handle so I went to counceling for over a year and a half trying to find out why Kurt repeatedly took the same path getting the same results and not getting any smarter. I was finally able to realize that I needed to take care of Kurt first..which when I looked back was what our Lord was whispering to me all the time, but of course I knew better then Him...I found that it is hard to go out and trying to comfort people who we feel are lost when we can't even find out own way. A first step might be to really listen to what our Lord is trying to whisper to you and really try to find out why Michael has chosen the path he has taken and not the other one that put in front of him. Just remember our Lord will be with you on your Journey for Life if you really will listen.
