He shifts his weight before he answers. Unfortunately, the evil horses are seemingly split in two. Ziraga recently won the spot of 'king' leaving Malussin without. So, in actuality, it would almost be the entire evil side. Just exclude the followers of Malussin. Of course, if Malussin's rebels were to decide to clash with Ziraga and his evils, assistance would be welcome to stamp them back down to their place. He shifts his weight once again. You and your territory, of course, do not have to commit yourselves fully to anything. I only need to know that if trouble is started, you and your territory would be willing to help when asked.
