Normalerweise kann man mit der nämlich nichts anfangen.
Außer man kennt bestimmte Leute, in bestimmten Behörden, die damit was anfangen können. Dort würde es dann unter das Postgeheimnis fallen.
Aber wenn es gute Freunde von einem sind, machen die einem so einen gefallen schon mal.
