In addition to responding to the thread prompts I have posted (or starting a thread topic of your own), you may also post reflections on your mentor work during the course of this month in this thread. It should be helpful to share your experiences -- to find out what other mentors are experiencing, to discover that some of your experiences are not unique, to learn from what others have encountered, and to simply commiserate and celebrate together.
