It sounds like everyone is an board as far as time, planning, and organizing. Our group has been off to a slow start as well, but the enthusiasm remains consistent. We started a message forum, like the one the mentors are using, to discuss technology and raise key questions and issues. We are also using it to post our meetings to plan in advance, monthly. It seems to be working since it is difficult to get everyone together at the same time. These posted meetings are tagged with a topic of interest so that we have a goal to accomplish by the end of that meeting. We rotate meetings on different days of the week to help those who have to take care of established commitments (kids, family, school, etc.) For those who can't attend on a particular meeting, I will could "solo" with that person on a different day/time. We have also discussed opportunity to hold workshops, as Beth did with imovie, and to also team up with the other group, (Markey), in our building. It's funny how limited resources we have in a non-networked building, yet the interest to learn is incredible!
