Time is definately a factor in this. At the high school level each of us have different schedules and different committments. We do the best we can with the time we are given. I have one person who I can only meet here and there until the end of November because of all of the other committments she has with other teachers and activities. You are doing building tech support on top of everything else and I know that that doesn't leave you much time.
