Well, 6/11 was quite a while ago, but as you may remember from me announcing to the crowd (if I indeed announced it, which I may not have), I was out of town.

In fact, on 6/11, I flew from Newark International Airport (EWR), Terminal C (a very delightful terminal, I should say) into Myrtle Beach airport (MYR), which only has the one little terminal. Major props to MYR, by the way. I was off my plane, down the stairs, and in mommy's new Mustang convertible within five minutes, as she found a parking spot about fifteen feet from the front door. And I like their terminal bar, too: "Divots". Cute, huh?

Anyway, a lot of stuff happened between 6/11 and 6/18, but I don't remember any of it, because I was drunk nearly the entire time. And I don't mean, "get up in the morning, have a bite to eat, have coffee, read the paper, spend the afternoon golfing or doing whatever, then settling in for a nice meal and a glass or two of Chardonnay. No, friends, this is a full-time job. Get up, grab your mimosa, head out to the links (flask of Irish whiskey in the golf cart's cupholder, and a can of beer for later in the day), golf till you can't putt (or even see) straight... then the party REALLY starts...

Try that for six straight days, and see how it works for you.

Anyway, I'm back now and in full effect, so let's get right back to the endless parade of merriment, shall we?

Pictures from my trip should be forthcoming shortly...
