The oil in the water near the EPI is from the bulkheads. If you had any clue, you would see it coming off of them, they are coated to "preserve" them. You can blame the Village for allowing this type of bulkhead to be built. Not my family, the Colwells, as some have suggested. Those who have suggested that oil was put into the water have way too much time on their hands and obviously do not "bogged down" with FACTS. How unfortunate... I am quite proud to be a Colwell. Jacquelyn, I over heard the men who were working on the "oil spill" say there was no oil spill.
