I don't keep track of much in this little village, my only guess is that the ER school district has tried to merge with 20 since ER HS is real small, and 20 said NO, it would lower the 20 ratings ??

I highly doubt there is a bias considering that those who make up the village board is made up of a variety of areas of East Rockaway.
