Subject: Testing out the libel laws

A couple of weeks ago the Sunday People were prevented by the courts from running a story about a Premiership footballer who was sleeping with a stripper and some other slapper, but was married.

I wonder what would happen if I told you here that it is Alan Shearer? Am I in trouble now? Shucks.

What next in your search for journalistic excellence? Brian Little caught with hamster up his arse, ala Richard Gere?
