Subject: I was ADOPTED DOB 4/09/1982 in FLORIDA

I am looking for birth parents or siblings. I was born in St.Pete, Florida.
I think my Mom was 13 or 14 yrs old and Dad was 17.
My name is Matthew Webb and I was adopted by Merilyn and Kevin Webb of Parrish, FL in Manatee County.
I am 25, married and have a baby girl. Hoping to find my family.
