Subject: Looking for Charles Gray Mendez born 1948

If anyone finds a man named Charles Gray Mendez, who was born October 1st 1948, please let me know. He was last seen in the San Bernardino county area. He is my long-lost biological father. I have been looking for him for my whole life. I just recently found out that he is still alive. Please, help me find him. I love him and wish he was there for me. The only thing I have wished for, for every birthday of my childhood was for him to come and see me. I am a daughter wanting to be reunited with her father. Please help me.
