looking for girl born 9/15/1977 or1978

I am trying to find my husbands sister that was adopted before he was born. She was born sept. 15 of 77 or 78 im not quite sure which year. I believe she was adopted to a family that lived in fletcher ohio and the parents were possilbly teachers. She was born in a womans home i believe in columbus. My mother in law has always wondered about her and we would all love the chance to at least meet her. we are a very loving family and if nothing else would love to show you how much we all think about you.
