trying to find my dad

I have been looking for my dad for a very long time his.name is Raymond Johnson . He has a sister jackie. Niece and nephew sarah and ryan. And two other children aaron and amy. I was born in western suburbs hospital in newcastle on the 4/4/1988. Then from the hospital i was taken to my home in teralba rd adamstown in newcastle. When i was 4 years old my mum moved.to a place called singletom an hour from newcastle. My mums name is patricia . I dont have any more information to give about my father but i hope this helps cause iam now 23 years old and i really want to get to know my dad at least before.i.get to.old thnx for reading
