Subject: looking for birth family

i was born on june 20,1971 in sedro wooley washington i was put in foster care when i was 18months old i was adopted when i was five by that time i had a younger brother named billy my birth mothers maiden name was linda willoughby she has a brother two years younger named robert i have been looking for over 20 years if anyone has any information please let me know
