looking for birth parents

I was born and adopted in Dover N.H March 14th, 1964 at Douglas-Wentworth Hospital. I have been actively trying to find my birth parents/brothers sisters for many years with disappointing results. I did find out my mothers name is Mary and her last name (maiden) may be Jonnson or Johnston. She may have moved back to England as I was told that's where she's from. My birth father may have been in the U.S Air Force at that time but I don't know his name. If anyone has any information on a Mary Johnson who gave birth to a male baby in March of 1964 at the above location, please..please...please forward me any info.
