Subject: BINH DUY PHAN-Birth Father

Searching for Birth Father. Apprx. age in 2007 would be 49 years old (+/- 1 year). Came to the US in 1975. Lived in Florida and possibly Singapore. Has an older sister named Dung and a younger brother. His mother passed away from breast cancer possibly? His mother also remarried an American. Binh Duy Phan was possibly in the navy. His sister Dung might be living in Orange County and owns some sort of cafe/shop. Any leads would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!
