Subject: Looking for brothers' family

Looking for any information on the father of Michael Fleming, my brother. His father lived in Ocean Park, California in or around 1947-48. He was in the service and his wife left him with their small children. He met May and they had a child together. He left while she was pregnant and never was in the childs life. His name is supposed to be John Pumphry? Not sure. Michael is now close to 60 with failing health. He would like to know of siblings and health related illnesses.
