Subject: Wondering, Born 3/14/71 in New Hartford New York

I am wondering about my birth mother. I was born 2 months early in New Hartford, NY. I am now a mother myself and am wondering about medical information that I might pass on to my son. I do not want to disturb my birth mother's life but this information may be extremely useful. Please contact me if you have information. The only thing that I know is that she was unmarried and 21 at the time of my birth.
