Looking for Birth Mother (for Don M Shearrion)

I am assisting Don to find his birth mother. His name on the birth certificate is Don Montgomery Shearrion. He was born 1-12-1967 in Buffalo NY

Fathers name is Donald Richard Shearrion
Mothers name is Patricia Seely

He believes that his parents met at Niagra Falls. He has no other concrete information. He has limited memories as he states he was approx 4 yrs old when his parents divorced or separated (he doesnt' know if they were married or not).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Don is a pleasant man who has a desire to get in touch with his mother.
