Subject: FIND TWIN BROTHER BORN IN 1966

I am trying to help my friend David find his twin brother. Born in Hartford CT, 04-08-1966. In foster care at age of 8 and adopted at age of 9 in Utah. Brother's birth name was Dana Paul Shelton. Desperately wants to find him before their 40th birthday this April. Has not seen his brother for almost 30 years. Please email me if you have any information.
