Subject: looking for adopted cousin, Sandy 1945, Iowa

Looking for my cousin that was adopted at the approx. age of 1 year. Probably 1945.
She was named Sandra/Sandy at birth and born about 1944. Mother went by Margaret Johnson or Anderson. She reside with her mother between Scott, Clinton and maybe Johnson Co's in Iowa possibly Rock Island Co. in Illinois.
