looking for some info

hello my names marien henricksen im 19 and a new mommy of a baby girl brianna whos my lil miracle shes now 8 months old when i was 15 i had a really bad head injury and my past everything was wiped away from me im looking for anybody who might know any information on my family or are part of my family my mothers candace jacobs i have been looking for my father also for 2 years now i was born november 18th 1986 at 2 56 am at rober packer hospital in sayre pennslvania i would like to know more about my family and who and where i belong i feel very lost and bothered by the simple fact i cant tell my daughter anything about my childhood...please help.....
